Selling our family home of 50 years, for our aged parent’s, with dementia, safety and comfort
From our initial meeting, Reno understood what selling our family home, of 50 years, meant to my brother and I. It was his empathy for the situation that put my brother and I at ease, and ready to ask the questions. Reno answered all our questions, not matter how naive some may have been, with such clarity; by explaining all the policies they are bound by, costs and fees, and how the process will unfold.
When I would SMS him, to ask the random question of the moment, he would respond in the most timely manner for the chat, or a call, or even via an email.
At all the open house times, his punctuality and professional decorum was laudable. Knowing he was there, I knew our home was safe and secure.
Reno’s familiarity of the area, his comprehension of the market, the ease of communication between us was seamless, yet never forgetting the journey that we were on.
On the eve of the auction, he met with us both, and in the candid conversation that unfolded, we felt at ease with him being there, and for the auction, even though my brother and were on roller coaster of personal emotions.
