We were extremely nervous about putting our home on the market after coming out of lock down not knowing if it would be the right time to sell but he kept us calm and completely informed as to when the right time would be. I first meet Rino when I was looking to purchase a property. I found he was very informative, professional and an excellent communicator. I therefore engaged Rino to sell my home. He provided excellent advice on preparing the property for sale and the contact details of the tradies and furniture suppliers needed to prepare my home for sale. Every step of the way he was there to provide advice and support. Once the home was on the market, he kept me informed on a regular basis including inspection times, interested parties and auction preparation. He kept me informed after every inspection which kept me in the loop in relation to the sale of the property.
