Ritsuko is an outstanding agent. She is exceptional in so many ways. For example, we needed to renovate our property and Ritsuko went out of her way to help us. Without her, we would not have been able to get it done. She also kept us updated on the market and status of our property and provided us with recommendations. She did everything she can to help us sell our property and even help us rent it while it is sitting on the market. There are so many other things she has done to help us and I wish I can list them all. We truely appreciate everything she has done for us and would recommend her to anyone.

Ritsuko has helped me to decide on my unit from several I have seen. I was living in S.A and had to choose from those on the internet. When I arrived in Port Douglas I was happy to accept the one I had originally liked unseen, but it was just what I wanted and Ritsuko was a great help with my considerable problems for purchase as I she had to negotiate with the executors of my late husband's estate. Ritsuko as an agent listens ,is patient and very agreable as a person.To me what was very important was the fact that she screened the buyers carefully and did'nt drown the vendor with endless inspections .
