Ritsuko went above and beyond in her efforts to present the home well, asisting in many ways others wouldn't. However with English as her second language the language barrier presented issues, especially in the crucial time of final negotiations, as well as coming into play when we prepared our adverting campaign in that she requested I write the whole spiel about my house and to which she added nothing. She also agreed to my admittedly demanding OFI schedule but once I had arranged everything with the tenant she changed her mind and refused to do as we had agreed. Fortunately in the end we succeeded, but it was not without its extreme difficulties. I appreciate Ritsuko worked to the best of her abilities, but on the whole I found these insubstantial considering not only the financial cost to me but the amount of effort I had to put in.
