After the year that was of 2020, we decided it was time to work towards moving out of our beautiful light filled Brunswick apartment. After interviewing a number auction crazy local agents, we decided to list our apartment with Rob and the team at Nicholas Scott, but why? For two reasons, the first, was because out of all the agents who we interviewed, he actually listened to us, and what we believed would be the most effective way to market our property. We had identified that the most likely purchaser of our apartment would be someone pretty similar to us – a first home buyer - of which we had personal experience being less than 4 years ago. Given that, we knew that an Auction would never work, it would probably backfire and get us the worst possible price as this sale method would likely drive away our potential purchasers.
