Use another agent and agency Disappointing Rob overpromised on his negotiation skills ( he was also the most expensive in terms of commission ) Rob under delivered – I did not see any evidence of strong negotiation for me as the seller of the property This was my experience I feel I have could have paid another agent 35% less in commission and got the same or better result His firm also rented the property I sold prior to settlement without my consent
