Loved the kindness, consideration and sensitivity Rob and his team have shown my mum thru out the process of selling her last home before moving into assisted living.. Rob Flynn from the get go showed professional understanding of the market and genuine interest, his no rushed approach, spoke with mum looking her straight in the eye while explaining the process gave mum confidence to get things rolling the very next day. He made a lovely video pointing out features of home, organised building and pest reports to reveal honestly all to potential buyer. This allowed a very quick settlement.. excellent for both parties.
