If you are looking for an upfront, supportive, and knowledgeable agent, then I would strongly recommend Rob Missenden. His guidance and clear communication throughout the process was excellent, and he made selling my home so much smoother than anticipated. Thank you, Rob.

Rob came in contact with me for sale of my property in Mitchtelton. His professionalism, honesty and communication style impressed me. He is open and easy to deal with. I have no hesitation to recommend Rob as a property sales agent.

From the moment I rang Rob re the sale of 6 Warringah Street he could not have been more helpful. His response to my original call was prompt and I felt reassured by his expertise and knowledge of the real estate situation in the area. The sales campaign ran seamlessly with the house under contract in less than two weeks from being listed. Also I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. I was also impressed with the fact that nothing was too much trouble for Rob as I live an hour and a half from the property and he readily offered to do the odd thing outside his scope of work. I highly recommend Rob Missenden for his diligence and ability.

Rob was a great agent to buy through - so responsive and ready to assist with any queries. Very happy with his work and the results

I recently purchased a home through Rob, he was great throughout the whole process. Professional and reliable. He was an excellent communicator and prompt on returning calls/emails. Would highly recommend Rob!

Rob was very helpful throughout the whole selling process and was a great communicator during the critical negotiations stage

I’m happy to give my personal recommendation for Rob Missenden’s realty services. We recently had Rob sell a property for us and found him to be friendly, approachable and readily available. Once we had a contract on the house Rob professionally facilitated negations between us and a buyer who required a lot of guidance through the process. Rob also made himself available prior to listing for advice on renovations and discussions around marketing. Overall a positive experience dealing with Rob though a stressful time.

Thank you so much for all your hard work in selling our little house, you made it very easy to go through the process and I really appreciated your enthusiasm and energy when I was hesitant about anything. Would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob on a purchase, and I can't emphasize enough how incredible the experience was from start to finish. Rob is not just your average agent; he's a true gem in the real estate industry.

Rob was so easy to deal with and was a wealth of knowledge throughout the process and secured a great price for us.

Rob assisted us with a purchase and was wonderful. Not only did he help streamline the process but he also helped out with organising quotes for carpets etc. His great relationship with the tenant also helped with access. Yoghurt. I recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell on the Brisbane nortt side!

I found Rob Missenden very knowledgeable, helpful and competent. He is a very pleasant person. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone selling a house.
