Rob's communication was excellent. He was always very quick to respond to any messages or calls and would follow up on anything that we asked. He was always happy to make himself available for inspections etc. It was a pleasure dealing with Rob in the purchase of our new home.
As Rob successfully found a buyer for my architecturally designed Mitchelton home back in 2017, when it came time to sell again, and once I realised that he was still selling, without question, I asked Rob to sell my Ferny Hills house. Apart from his honesty and how approachable Rob is, I really like the fact that he is also a carpenter, and can explain in detail what has been done to the house, and would also give educated advice on what could be done to a property, without just telling people what they want to hear. I would unhesitatingly use Rob over and over again, for buying or selling, as honesty is crucial, and having sold many homes throughout my career, I have never met a real estate agent with more integrity than Rob.
Rob was easy to work with during the buying process, he was always available for on site inspections.
