Rob is easily contactable, prompt at returning calls, and his energy and enthusiasm to help and find answers to questions was exceptional, out pacing the average agent. He was quick and very resourceful in organising optional extras such as professional decorators and at a better than expected price. His pleasant attitude, hard work and broad professional knowledge meant less headaches for us and for that we were very appreciative!
