Rob entered the real-estate industry in 2003 after an extensive career within the building and home improvement industries, a parallel that has benefited buyers and sellers alike with his sound knowledge of building, renovating and extending properties. Finishing his first 12 months in real-estate in the top 10 'rookies' category in WA (reiwa) and continuing to gain annual recognition for outstanding sales within both REIWA and the Peard Group Rob consistently achieves a strong following from past clients, this is something he prides himself on and is 110% committed to his clients. Having been born and bred in the northern suburbs of Perth, Rob is very familiar with the areas that he specialises in and believes that this weighs heavily on the success he has enjoyed over the past 12 years. He is ambitious, committed, dedicated to the real-estate industry and willing to offer his skills and expertise to the clients that need help through the process. Wasn't a real honest person

He didn't tell us about all the faults in the property. A property that size had to have two smoke alarm, the oven had to have a own breaker for it, there's no earth cable connected to the house, plenty of rubbish was left on the property which I am still clearing.
