Rob answered a number of our questions and did not hound us for answers and push us into making any decisions. Once we had made an offer on a property he made the process relatively simple by explaining what needed to be done and offered options for assistance without pushing them onto us. Overall, we were happy to have dealt with Rob and he was always available to ask questions and would make a point of sorting out any issues that needed to be addressed.

We know it's unusual for a buyer to rate the sellers agent but it is a testament to Rob's professionalism and his great communication skills. We had a rough road with finalising paperwork and had to move settlement dates but Rob was always fair to both parties, honest, kind and prompt in all our dealings with him.
