Rob was pleasant to work with and had a good knowledge of the real estate in the area and the property in question however there are a couple of areas which I would like to point out. The write up for the property describes a "split system air conditioner to the master bedroom" which is not the case? Also the day the final inspection was to be performed there was so much clutter in the house that we could not adequately access and assess the condition of the electrical points and components of the house (including the whereabouts of the above mentioned air con) and we felt rushed. As a side note there was no sign off process in which a record of this inspection could be made. The management of the final inspection in our opinion was poor and subsequently resulted in us having to fix and replace several power points at our own cost when we moved in. Removing the points regarding the final inspection Rob kept us informed throughout the process and assisted us with our queries where he was able. Overall the experience was good and we would work with him again.

When it came time to sell our Woodvale property there was no way we were going to go past the person who had sold the most properties in the Woodvale area, and that was Rob Nicolls. We had not dealt with him before, but were instantly impressed by his knowledge of the area, his professionalism and the amount of homes he had sold. We had done our own research and knew what we would like our property to sell for. Rob was honest and told us he would do his best to get that price, even though it was the premium price for our street.
