Buying and selling in the same market is an eye opening experience. You get to know who are the agents that attend each of the openings (not just send a jnr from their office), turn up on time and stay a little later at openings and most importantly follow up on interest shown. Robert put a strategy in place that was ideal for my property. After each open he called me to inform me how many people went through the property and set a realistic expectation of what to expect on auction day (no BS). If selling a property I would use Robert again.
