The Value of TRUST - in a busy life -
So here we are, two busy people, just normal jobs; work, family, sickness, friends - things to do, people to help.
We need to sell one of the biggest assets most people will have - our house. An asset that nowadays, has a strongly increasing Value in the Melbourne Market.
So picture this, you have an Agent good enough, SO GOOD, that you can make one phone call, tell them what you want to do, about your property. Then just ONE meeting. In that meeting, you quickly touch on everything that's important; your price expectations, Settlement Term, your Agent tells you what the market might achieve but does not "over promise/mislead you", you agree on an advertising strategy and budget and then => that's it.
Then just weekly update phone calls from your agent about interest, numbers at Opens, minor queries. Then you find yourself arriving at your Auction and bang - the knots in your stomach unfurl and you are signing a sale contract with a FANTASTIC result that exceeded your expectations.
So - total time invested in delivering a result typically close to $1M these days, so often more ....."just a few hours"!!
Who else could you "let go to" and trust with something so important - maybe, not even your closest family.
