I did quite a bit of research before putting my house on the market and I was finding it difficult to have an agent give me a clear indication of what my house was worth. Robert was very transparent with his views on my property and rather than build my hopes he gave an honest position on where he believed the sale price would be. Robert's communication through the campaign was exceptional. I received continuous updates on conversations he was having with potential buyers. After each open he gave me a thorough analysis of where interest was at. He worked very hard to manage the buyers and keep them interested in the property. Everything outside of the negotiations was seamless. The marketing campaign was very professional and executed efficiently as well as the photos which made the house look amazing. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and felt that Robert was one of few agents I had met that was completely upfront from start to finish. I couldn't speak highly enough and will certainly be going straight back to Robert if I decide to seel again.

Records are meant to be broken - everyone knows this. But what is amazing is Rob is the only one who keeps breaking these records -- He just sold our place for another record price! We've been through the process of selling before (record price for the suburb too back in the days) so we started with a raised expectation. Yet, this one still exceeded our high expectation by a ***huge*** margin! Selling your home is a stressful experience. Rob gives you the confidence to trust him completely and not worry about getting record breaking price. This is even more important for us as we were selling and buying at the same time! We interviewed 3 different agents and right after we met Rob, we knew he's the guy! On his first inspection of our property, he immediately suggested a couple of cost effective things that we could do to improve the attractiveness of our home. He is a great communicator, negotiator and more importantly he is down-to-earth. He is also very responsive to any queries you may have as a vendor. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat! In fact, my friends have told me they'd get Rob to sell their home when the time comes, after learning how much we've got for our place! Do your own research - some agents boast their clearance rate (i.e. to the detriment of vendors since they just want to sell your home quickly, so I don't know why they'd even want to mention it), some give you unrealistically high valuation so you'd go with them. Trust what the results tell you instead - what is important is the price they achieve, not clearance rate or the valuation they give you. Rob always gets the best price for you - that's his promise. And he delivers.
