A big thank you to Rob from LJ Hooker. He knew we needed to secure something in a certain area and he kept us in the forefront of his mind and regularly ran upcoming options past us. We ended up securing a block in a great location which suits us perfectly. All the paperwork and formalities were easy thanks to Rob's efficiency and great communication.
Everything about this purchase was smooth, professional and friendly. The staff in Hopetoun and Subiaco offices were amazing and very interested in the off grid plans. They couldn't do enough to make the experience fun and exciting. Thankyou to everyone.
Robert has helped guide thru yhe sale of this property. Robert & LJHooker managed the proceed with trust & surety. Well Done
Our experience was very long but once we found the one it went very quickly, we had been liaising with Rob for several years to find our forever home. Rob and the team were very helpful . Only thing missing was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we walked in to our new home ;)
After making an initial enquiry about the property, Robert was in touch with us very quickly, he shared all the relevant information and documentation. We placed an offer and the negotiation was done with 24 hours, and Robert called to discuss the details, and also to share information about the town. His approach was professional throughout and I would certainly recommend his services
Rob Miloseski has shown us many houses and land over the last couple of years and has stayed in touch to let us know of anything that would suit our needs. Robert is extremely approachable and very knowledgeable of this area. He was punctual with appointments and has communicated all the way through the purchase process. He gave us good advice of the local area and gave us time to make the right decision for us. Very happy with the service and Roberts professionalism.
Robert made the purchase of land reassuring. Robert provided sound awareness linked to the local residential market. Both my partner and I would highly recommend Robert when considering buying a property in the Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun locality.
