He knows the area well, listened to our requirements and didn't waste our time showing us properties that would be of no interest. Very helpful after the initial sale with enquiries around local removalist, some back and forth with the vendor. All around good bloke.
From working with us to set an achievable selling price, Robert was always respectful and sensitive to our particular situation. His experience and salesmanship ensured we achieved the price we expected; we were always confident in his knowledge of the process. Just one minor additional comment - in the early months we had to initiate enquiries re interest from potential buyers, having expected occasional (even regular?) updates as we were over east.
