Thank you Robert for making the purchase of this property enjoyable. You were at all times co-operative, informative and on time. The way was made easy for me once I decided that this lovely apartment was the one I had been looking for during the last two years. Both your before and after sale service has been excellent. Best wishes to all at Position Realty.
This is our second properties sold by Robert and his team. Both with great results and professional service.
I highly recommend Rob Terley. He sold our house after only one open day. At the outset he was completely honest about his price expectations for our property, rather than pitch the price too high to try win our business. Throughout the process Rob went above and beyond to ensure our house was presented in the best possible light. He was always available and he kept me constantly updated. Everything went smoothly and Rob always remained calm and helped me through what can be a very stressful process. I believe his hard work and effort helped achieve a very good result for our house. I would not hesitate to use Rob again.
Robert & Debby Were very proffesional in their conduct and kept us informed of the progress, they accuratly predicted the price when other agents thought it would sell for considerable less. We were very satisfied and I can reccomend them as an Agent
Can't speak highly enough of Robert's approach. He is a highly professional agent, who openly communicates & is approachable throughout the process. Robert is very genuine...highly recommend!
The way Robert communicated with us pre purchase and after was just great. Always friendly and willing to help above and beyond what was needed. The apartment we bought through Robert was nicely presented when we arrived for our private inspection and we were immediately sold. Great market knowledge and a persuasive sales attitude added to the buying experience with Robert. We will surely be using Robert for future renting out of our apartment as well as sale when the time comes. I highly recommend speaking to Robert about all your property needs.
