Rocco kept us up to date from the start even after our first open inspection right to the very end he n his lovely assistant where terrific in the way they presented themselves and in helping us catch our dogs to take them out for open house. Thanks Rocco n Emily.
Rocco was a great agent to work with. His experience was a great advantage and also comfort during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. He went above and beyond to ensure that inspections could still go ahead and that opportunities were not missed. He was extremely professional but down to earth and personable. I would highly recommend him
‘Having lived in our family home for 50 years, the thought of placing our family home on the market was completely overwhelming and highly emotional. However, from the moment we met with Rocco he immediately put me and family at ease. Rocco and his family (his team) were consummate professionals, their friendly and positive approach to everything prevented many breakdowns! Not only did Rocco work patiently with us, he involved the whole family in all aspects of the campaign and decision-making process. It was never too early, too late or inconvenient – Rocco was always responsive, hard-working and got the job done. Rocco’s expert advice and guardianship allowed us to relax and have complete faith in the sale of our home. We honestly can’t thank everyone who was involved enough and have no hesitation in recommending Rocco Ranieri to anyone looking to sell their home.’ Michelle Malzard

The moment I met Rocco I could tell I was dealing with a professional. His local knowledge and attention to market conditions was fantastic. We had good numbers through the open homes and some solid enquiry. Once we had a few serious buyers the game was on and we sold before auction well above the market. Thanks Rocco couldn't be happier.
Extremely professional. Kept me updated at every step and advised accordingly. Good work Rocco
Rocco was professional from beginning to end. He was courteous and respectful to everyone and displayed a sound knowledge of the real estate business in Parramatta. After each open house he send prompt feedback to us so we always knew what was going on. He helped us with important decisions and we relied on his experience in the industry.
Rocco and the team at Richardson and Wrench were most professional and helpful in the sale of our property. The conversations we had were real and honest as to what was achieveable in a slow market. Rocco gave us detailed updates on the interest shown in the property after every inspection. The property was sold prior to auction at a price that we were very happy with. The sale was expedited without fuss and the buyers, a young family, were also ecstatic at their purchase. It was a pleasure dealing with Rocco and we thoroughly recommend him as an agent.
We recently purchased our new family home through Richardson and Wrench Parramatta. It’s an emotional journey when you find something that feels right from the start, but you don’t want to invest too much emotion in case it doesn’t work out. Rocco was fantastic during this process and helped reduce the stress. He kept in regular communication, provided honest updates and showed genuine care and respect for both us and the vendors. Lucky for us, it all worked out and we got the home we really wanted. Thanks to Rocco for his professionalism and transparency during the process. He even gave the candle from the open inspections to our 4 year old daughter because she loved the smell so much.
Rocco was so respectful and calm and pleasant from day one and he was a true professional from beginning to end of the whole sale process. He had a genuine interest in being there for us. Rocco is so experienced with his years in the Real Estate industry that our family never once disputed that we would get the price we wanted for the sale of our family home. His professionalism was apparent in how he was fully prepared and presented us with the facts in the area, his respect for our property and understanding of the family values, both culturally and within our community were second to none. Rocco explained how it all would pan out, we always had the final choice and we never thought we were being forced to make any decisions in a rush it was always at our own pace. Our family was thoroughly happy with Rocco.
