Engaging Rocco Ranieri and his team at R&W Parramatta was one of the best decisions that we made in selling our Unit in Croydon. I can definitiely say that we would not have achieved the result that we did without his professionalism, guidance and support throughout the 6 week campaign leading up to the auction. Rocco’s communication is a mark of his professionalism this combined with his knowledge of the market he was able to give us up-to-date realistic information about how the campaign was progressing. Rocco was consistent in his approach gave us factual information from a neutral stance. This allowed us to always feel in control, able to make decisions from the best possible position and have these decisions acted upon. Rocco's professionalism meant that on auction day we felt confident that everything that could have been done to achieve the best result was. His organisational skills on the day were superb, which helped calm us in a highly stressful situation an the result achieved far beyond our wildest expectations. I highly recommend Rocco and the R&W team, he did an amazing job for me, he is the ultimate professional taking great pride in his work, I am positive that he would do the same for you.
