I met Rod as he was representing the property I purchased. From the start I found him to be professional and was completely transparent with all our dealings until we secured the property. This was important as we had just experienced loosing another home as the agent was rude and not transparent with us. We were so taken with his hardworking, relentless and hardwork ethic nature , we asked him to represent us in selling our property. As this point we had already chosen an agent from prior history of selling and buying but I had the tough conversation to let her know Rod would be our new Agent. She was offering lower commissions, already had photograph and brochures made so to change our choice involved additional and unnessesary costs attached. It was money well spent.
