Noting that I was sent a review with both our names incorrectly spelt, perhaps a little more attention to detail is required. Prior to purchasing this property I had dealt with Rod, being that he was the agent for another advertised property my family made offers to purchase. On the initial dealing with Rod I found him to give very little care or attention to my families circumstances or needs, he was extremely pushy by attempting to pressure me into making uniformed decisions or without providing adequate time to make these decisions, on occasions he was very rude and did not effectively communitcate with me. This resulted in the purchase of this property falling through and I can say that it was a very unpleasant experience. In fact this resulted in an official complaint to the real estate agency. My family then located this property for sale and noted that it was the same agent, I was initially very reluctant to deal with Rod again, however; on this occasion he was a completely different agent and it was a pleasure to have him assisting my family in the purchase of this property. Thank you to Rod for your assistance on this occasion you were very helpful in securing the purchase of this lovely home for my family. I hope that anyone purchasing a home with you gets what I called the double take of Rod because on the second occasion it was a pleasure dealing with you.
