It was a very simple purchase on a block of land. I found it extremely disappointing to have little to almost no communication. Once the sale went through, not even a phone call, letter or email of congratulations or thanks for the business.

Monica sold us our property and Roger was also involved. Both agents were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. When we moved in we were a little upset to how things were left and even though this had nothing to do with their agency Roger provided us with a gift voucher to a lovely local restaurant. This was a unexpected but such a lovely gesture.
