I cannot thank Roger enough for such a quick sale and a great result for us. His dedication is second to none, including late evening visits, working on his 'days off' and phone calls when 'duty called'. His communication was awesome, always calling us after an open house or inspection and keeping us up to date on proceedings. I had never met him before going to market but throughout the process, which can be stressful, it felt like we had known each other for years. His knowledge of the area is excellent. We sold for what we discussed was a realistic price. I highly recommend Roger if you are looking to sell. Very professional and trustworthy.
