Lisa gave us the highest valuation and was able to achieve close to it for us. She was great at keeping us informed through the whole process and was also good at navigating some tricky family dynamics. She was persistent in following up leads but without being overbearing. We are happy with the result and would recommend Lisa.

Reviewed a few local agents but pretty much knew after meeting Lisa that she was the perfect fit! Upfront, a fabulous communicator, open and honest, transparent and totally on the ball! When other agents asked me who I was using, they spoke so highly of her!!! She's highly experienced, a great negotiator, not pushy at all for us to take first offers and just made it work... and it was by no means easy or straight forward, but we achieved a great price working with her. We had a few property issues to contend with but Lisa handled them exceptionally. Her rates are competitive with other agents and I have no doubt we'll use her again in the near future. Neil was a joy to meet and deal with. He is a super power when it comes to matters dealing with the challenges of selling a property. Always helpful and his in-depth knowledge of values in his area were excellent. Neil always made himself easily available and at the times he was busy, would get back to you in a very timely manner. He regularly communicated progress updates. Just a great bloke and highly recommended in this day and age when not all people you meet are like that.
