Ross is someone who wants to get things sorted as soon as possible. For seller, he will be great a representative. For buyer like us, we have to keep up with his speed! Our process towards settlement had a few minor hiccups here and there as it is our first home; inexperience & miscommunication. Ross was like a Lighthouse for us in the selling process. He guided us through many challenges, which we managed to overcome for a very successful sale. Ross help every step of the way, before the house went on the market, during the selling of the house, and after to make sure we were ok and everything went through smoothly.
When appraising the house Ross provided not only the main features of the house but also possible drawbacks and how he would handle them. This was one of the main reasons we selected him ahead of other agents. Ross was also actively assisting us in finding a new home. Even during the most trying times in the middle of COVID-19 Ross maintained his enthusiasm and successfully negotiated the sale of our home.

I appreciated Ross’s experience in the industry, this plus his easygoing manner and ability to explain things in laymen’s terms made the whole process a virtual breeze! No question was too silly and his willingness to help facilitate change of strata titles even down the track was immensely helpful.
All good with one exception, communication. On the day before the home open I was there with sons still cleaning, etc when people arrived in view home with Ross. I was not aware this was to happen. Also the day before settlement we were told gas oven could not be lit. That morning we endeavoured to get serviceman to attend to it, then later that day when speaking to Ross he indicated the owner did not require us to get it fixed. A pity we were not told this at the time.
