Really good agent to have, first walk through with Ross he straight away greeted me with big smiles and told me about the house, the location. My first look was a bit overwhelmed but he opened my eyes to the possibilities I could have and saw the bigger picture. As a young first home buyer, I was to scared to move forward but he made it really easy and went through it with me step by step making sure I understood.
