We started on the journey to sell our apartment with lots of questions on our s In fact we were not even convinced if we could meet our expectation and had contingency plans in place. But as the process started and thing got moving, we were simply amazed by the efficiency and level of expertise Rowan and his team showed and it was a no hassle experience overall in the end. He was happy to keep us updated on the progress regularly and honestly and did keep our nerves calm, which is priceless at that point, as we had other things going on with our lives ( moving interstate). I was the buyer of the property, not the seller. After 6 months of looking to buy back into the Sydney market, I was more than exasperated. Then I saw an apartment for sale that looked promising. Rowan was the agent. He was a pleasure to deal with and was helpful in enabling me to view it during the week, as I was unavailable for the Open House weekend. I was able to view twice more, it seemed ideal. Unfortunately, my own hesitancy lost me that property but, undaunted, Rowan had heard of another similar property that was about to be listed. I had said how much I loved the view in my previous apartment and, guess what, I have a view again! Different, possibly coincidental, but the lights at night are very attractive. In what I imagine would be at times a stressful job, Rowan appears unflappable: always courteous, always punctual, always facilitating extra viewings to happen if at all possible, and all with a friendly smile & approachable manner. I am very pleased with my new home, and the price I paid, and I owe Rowan a sincere Thankyou for the meticulous attention to detail that made it happen.
