Rowan has been amazing from the start with assisting and successfully selling our property. He is excellent in his communication, always called to update us midweek bd end of week with how everything was tracking. He made the whole process of selling smooth and stress free. Would recommend him to family and friends!

Rowan has been such a pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with the price he ended up getting for our property. He took care of everything when it was hard for me to get to the property. The process ended up coinciding with when we were travelling overseas but this was not an issue at all. Rowan can certainly be relied on as a trusted partner in the process and knows his stuff. He is genuine, honest, down to earth and always proactive in providing updates/keeping the process moving. I would highly recommend him!

I was appointed Liquidator of a company that required the sale of real property located within the Parramatta region. From the initial communications to settlement, Rowan was professional and maintained continuous communications throughout the sale campaign a.
