This is the third property I have sold with Rowan, after initially buying through him in 2016. Rowan was able to give an accurate marketing proposal and property valuation from the start. He has been open and honest as always and I trust his expertise and recommendations. Extremely happy with the result he achieved on my behalf. Would definitely secure Rowan's services for any future property sales.

Experience and professionalism paired with a prompt and personable nature. Rowan is a terrific agent and a pleasure to deal with. His communication is top notch, and his results speak for themselves. Could not recommend more highly!

Rowan was wonderful in all our dealings with him. His advice on preparing our property for sale was spot and as was his knowledge of the Parramatta market. A terrific agent who conducted our sale with professionalism and care.

Rowan is an exceptional agent who is consistently professional, personable and informative. Initially, I reached out to him in early 2024 for some guidance in selling my investment property but wasn't ready to commit yet. Eventually, when I reached out to Rowan again, he was happy to start the process again and answer all of my questions. His responses are prompt, helpful and patient. Could not recommend a better agent. Kind regards, Dragana & Nick

Recently we used Rowan Thredgold of McGrath Parramatta to sell our property. Rowan’s experience and knowledge of the market was evident from the beginning. We found Rowan very easy to work with, he provided regular updates on sales inquiries and responded promptly to all our questions/correspondence and his communication was clear and well informed. In our view Rowan provided valuable insight, transparent and accurate information and great support throughout the selling process. We have no hesitation in recommending Rowan to anyone thinking of selling.
