There are a multitude of reasons why we were extremely happy with Rowan's service. Given I have a limited amount of characters to write a review though, I'll condense them into three: 1) Rowan was always professional and didn't lie to us. He was true to his advice and never waivered, in an attempt to please us as sellers. 2) Rowan is very knowledgeable. We didn't make it easy on him to secure the listing. We had multiple questions, which he answered with ease. He's not a "Peacock" agent. Zero ego. It was refreshing. 3) He delivered! $500K over our reserve. In collaboration with Auctioneer Paul Hancock (who was fantastic), a great result was achieved. We were so happy. In short, hire this man. P.S. I'd also like to say that every staff member that we met from McGrath Parramatta were really professional and friendly. They are clearly a great team.
Rowas is a great communicator, frequently providing updates and checking in along the way. He moved incredibly fast and was proactive through the process, from the initial proposal, the research and valuation, through to the final negotiation. Above all, he was transparent and managed our expectations well by not overstating the value in a proposal. Rowan delivered a quick outcome that we were happy with and whilst most of this has alot to do with the market, it was made easier by Rowan's hard work.
