I had an exceptional experience with Rowan and Kai as my real estate agents. They delivered the best service and managed to sell my property before the third inspection, meeting all my expectations. Their professional approach and transparency throughout the sales process were truly commendable. I highly recommend Rowan and Kai for anyone looking for reliable and efficient real estate agents.

Rowan was professional and as transparent as possible in working between myself (buyer) and the vendor. Post purchase he was very prompt and responsive in organising a time to measure up the place, and respond to my queries on details like utilities and keys and so forth, which made the move far less stressful.

Rowan was very professional and helpful throughout the process and was quick to respond to questions and requests for information. He has an excellent understanding of the local market and was great to deal with.

Rowan's professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the entire process smooth and successful. We decided to work with Rowan because we knew he had a great understanding and expertise in the Parramatta market—and he proved it once again. He provided valuable insights that helped us set a competitive price for our apartment, ensuring it attracted the right buyers. His advice and strategies were spot-on, making us feel confident and well-informed throughout the process. Despite some initial setbacks due to an ongoing tenancy, Rowan navigated the situation so well and ensured that the campaign progressed without causing inconvenience to the tenants. He managed everything on his own and never involved us in solving any issues. Rowan's communication skills are exceptional. He was always available to answer our questions and provided regular updates on showings, offers, and any other developments. His timely and clear communication made the entire experience stress-free and transparent. Rowan's marketing strategy was top-notch. He used professional photography and crafted a compelling listing that highlighted the best features of our apartment. This effective marketing attracted a lot of interest. His ability to navigate the negotiation process and advocate for our interests was impressive and reassuring. We highly recommend Rowan Thredgold from McGrath Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell property. His outstanding service and commitment to his clients make him the ideal real estate agent. Thank you, Rowan, for your excellent service and helping us achieve a successful sale!

Rowan was particularly good at communicating clearly and answering every question, big or small, in a thoughtful and insightful way. He responded quickly and constructively to every request we made along the way. He made every effort to assist us in a way that was always genuinely helpful. While it was the quality of the property that was obviously the overriding deciding factor in our purchase, Rowan's professionalism made a big difference in drawing us to it, facilitating our engagement and ultimately smoothing the way to purchase all the way through settlement.

Rowan sold me my first apartment and couldn't be happier, he was nice, calm and approachable. he was knowledgeable, responded promptly to all my questions and requests. He came across as very fair, never pushy and appeared to also have the buyers interests in mind as well. Thanks Rowan!

Rowan was part of the team that sold our house before auction, after only being on the market for 7 days. Rowan observed that we had a particular vision for our sale and he made sure that this was taken into account. We felt that Rowan really cared about our sale, that we weren't just another customer that he was doing 'the usual stuff' with. The communication was constant, and we believe he was pivotal in achieving such an incredible result in such a short amount of time.

I am so pleased with Rowan's proactiveness in getting my property sold in a very short timeframe, however I'm even more impressed with Rowan's interactiveness throughout the process who guided me for being my first time in selling a property. He was also proactive in gathering information for me as well as assisting in communicating with other parties involved including the marketing materials. Thanks Rowan, you were awesome!

Rowan was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! He gave us realistic expectations and was great at providing us with updates, throughout the process. Overall, he is very approachable and a genuine, hard-working, professional agent who got us the results we wanted. We’ve seen him at other inspection's over the past few years, and knew we had to pick him when it was time to sell. We made the right decision. Thank you Rowan!

Rowan kept me informed and was a great communicator throughout the process of the sale of my unit . He was always very polite and courteous Thanks Rowan.

Rowan and his team at McGrath Parramatta exceeded my expectations and delivered a quick no fuss sale of my property, this is my third experience with Rowan and cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, experience and commitment to achieve what I requested in great time and sale price

Rowan assisted in the sale of my investment property. He organised touch ups to my property with trades prior to going onto the market. He has excellent communication, followed up with calls and messages when he said he would. We achieved higher than expected offers! All round great result!
