After meeting Roxanne at an open house I immediately liked her honest, approachable style. She provided us with excellent market guidance when buying in the area. It was then easy to chose her to sell our house a year later when work commitments forced us to move. Roxanne gave us a realistic appraisal but also guidance to the direction of the current market. I knew at our first meeting, as local and a mum, she would understand not just the market, but our family situation.. Toddler chaos! She was understanding, efficient and had a calm approach when we were faced with challenges. The final outcome was right within our goal price range. We felt she had a 'way' with buyers, guiding them to find the right house for them and hence get the right price for us. I would recommend her to sell your home without reservations.
