Over an extended period we had the luxury of meeting with, and vetting all the best real estate agents in the Bracken Ridge area, plus several of the big names from the surrounding suburbs. Throughout and following this process we were left with little doubt that Roxanne and her team at Ray White Bracken Ridge would provide us the best chance of selling the property, in our desired timeframes and capitalising the most from our investment. We were also looking to buy in the same areas, so one of the main key indications was her portfolio and the amount of buyers Roxanne could attract to open homes.
