Market knowledge was very good. Made a difficult transaction work out for us. Lots of time pressures but sold our home for the price we anticipated and within the time we needed!
My home was officially sold on 18 Nov 2019, after on;y 15 days on the market. Settlement took place on 12 Dec 2019.
