Terrible service during the buying process, extremely hard to communicate once the contract signed!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY.

I write this review as I am a buyer and experience a terrible service from Ray White Bracken Ridge. Very lack of communication once you sign a contract. If you are a buyer, do not believe any promise from this agent, you need to write down everything you want in the contract. Check the house as much as you can, negotiate whatever you do not feel good with the house. They lack knowledge and terrible service after you sign the contract. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY FROM THIS AGENT!!!
