poor communications and dishonesty

Emails and message were hardly replied in a timely manner and some never got replied especially the contract for sale being signed. A couple of electrical failures failed to be disclosed. In my opinion, the service provided by Roz was unprofessional.

Above and beyond service, couldn't have asked for more!

The service we received from Roz in selling our property was truly exceptional. We faced many challenges selling from opposite side of the country in which Roz was very quick to assist every way she could and turn quite a difficult situation into a well managed, orderly sale. A true professional, with extremely good market knowledge as well as incredibly resourceful we couldn't recommend Roz and her agency enough! This was the 3rd property we have sold and by far the easiest! Also got more than 20k above what we were expecting!!! Just brilliant experience thankyou very much again. Highly recommend!!! Can not go wrong!!
