She communicated consistently and effectively the process and (much more difficult than usual) conditions surrounding 62/3-13 Bundarra Avenue, Wahroonga NSW 2076 as this was a mortgagee sale. We went twice through thinking the property may not be for us (perceived by us high price which was not the case and Roz explained this and onerous mortgagee contract conditions our lawyer initially advised was all a bit too hard but Roz made a potentially painful process as painless as possible) to successfully exchanging on the property.
