We thought the expected selling price range was on the conservative side at $2,500,000 to $2,750,000. Bidding went with multiple parties to around $3,000,000 until it came down to two bidders going head to head until the property was sold for $3,100,000. The selling agents were helpful and pleasant throughout the campaign.
