Hi there, After having Ray White Chelsea looking after my property as a rental since approx 2005 I've been very happy with them as its always run smoothly & built a good relationship with HELEN & ALISON so when i decided to sell in June this year i"d thought id give it to them to sell. So end of May this gentleman RYAN rings me from Ray White Chelsea telling me i want to sell your property lets catch up? So we did & cos I'm busy working for myself as a Registered Electrical Contractor RYAN offered to come to my place in Cheltenham & talk about advertising, commission etc & was very clear,friendly & confident in how we are gonna go about it & how we gonna attack to get the best price in a fairly short time frame i thought. Sure enough every Saturday he did an open house inspection & every time he would call & give me feedback on how we went. After about 7-8weeks & no offers had been made he actually sent me out a feedback form of all the open house inspection customers to see what they would pay & thoughts on the property. So RYAN rounding up everybody to complete these forms etc came with a more competitive price, few weeks later BANG got a bite,communicated with confidence came & visited me again in Cheltenham after hours as i was busy,i agreed with the offer,he then drove to the purchaser & had it sold for me in the first offer made approx only 3 months on the market! So rounding up RYAN performance overall i give him a 10/10 as he ticked all my boxes in getting me the price i wanted in only 3 months,COMMUNICATION was excellent,he was very CONFIDENT & always looked relaxed to me, he had lovely MANNERS, & always well PRESENTED & FRIENDLY. Ryan completely restored my faith in real estate agents. We had been looking for our first home to buy for some time. Multiple saved searches in real estate apps, conversations with agents, attending auctions, and countless open for inspections I was very disheartened by the market and a fair bit of under quoting; thinking we had a chance with a house but not even coming close. I was beginning to think we would never own our own home. Ryan was not like other agents, he cared. Ryan was honest, he went above and beyond and made us feel very comfortable with a process that can be very daunting for a first home buyer. Ryan applied a high level of market knowledge when determining the price of the unique property we were selling. We were over the moon about what he thought the property was worth and it eventuated that his appraisal was right on the money, which pleased us enormously. He communicated effectively and efficiently throughout the sale process making sure that we understood everything that was going on. This including having the tenants informed about open for inspections and requirements leading up to settlement. Ryan's credibility is without question, whatever he he says he follows up with action. He held extra open for inspections for potential buyers and even assisted in preparing the house for the inspections.
