While I was pushed to pay above my maximum price point, during the campaign and before the auction date, Ryan worked hard to made sure every potential buyer had the opportunity to inspect the property at a time that was convenient to their circumstances. Ultimately, he achieved the best outcome for his vendor and I commend him for that.
