Ryan Castles was professional to deal with. His response to our questions was dealt with promptly. We found him to be very approachable.

In spite of my usual reservations about agents, buying a property via Ryan was refreshingly straightforward and open. Ryan was very knowledgable about the Bayside area, other helpful service providers (eg building inspections) and the state of the market generally. Ryan was also very helpful with inspections and communications with the vendor. Off the back of this purchase and previous dealings on market opportunities leading up to it, that Ryan was also the agent on, I would definitely give Ryan the opportunity to quote on selling a property and would have no reservation in buying a property he is the agent on.

I met Ryan Castles at an off market open for inspection quite by chance as I was walking by. He was very professional in his manner and easy to engage with and impressed me to the point where I decided to appoint him the agent to sell our own property. Ryan displays one of the most important qualities in sales and life generally, which is a high degree of emotional intelligence. This quality along with his straightforward approach and sense of humour made the process of selling our house far less gruelling than it could have been. He was also incredibly hard-working and a great communicator and I felt that I could trust his judgement and the information he was giving me which is essential in such a high stakes situation.
