My experience with Eleet team had been excellent, Sachin’s team made the best possible outcome for selling our house. I highly recommend you to knock at Eleet team management because they have great agents, always shows interest and puts their hard work to make you happy.
This is the second time we have used Sachin's services and it won't be the last time for sure. I found Sachin to be articulate, patently honest and very approachable with any inquires. Always called back when he didn't actually answer the phone in the first instance and someone who clearly makes friends easily. He made the whole experience very satisfying. His friendliness, local knowledge and 'Can Do' attitude is what we love best about him. His market knowledge is impeccable and hence his advice are very valuable and helped us to sell the property quickly. Our selling process and experience was so enjoyable and we will definitely recommend him to our friends and family should they be looking for a reliable and professional agent, who provides us with sound and trustworthy advice. Sachin is indeed Star of Real Estate in Truganina !!
Ali hashimi and sachin were very professional, helped me buy my first home in a very good location at a good price. Top agents.

Sachin and the Team at The Eleet are the experts for the Tarneit, Truganina, and surrounding areas, and made the process of buying easy and comfortable!
Sachin assisted us with the sale of our property, through demonstrated leadership of his team. He was always there to assist with any queries that arose. Further his coordination assisted us through thick and thin until the property was sold. An approachable leader before, during and post sale taking a personal hands on approach . Highly recommended to achieve the best outcome.
Sachin Khera was already the best in the business before I employed his services, he went above and beyond to get me the sale in a very difficult housing market with prices in the free fall. He lived up to the standards and being best in the business and I'm fortunate to have my listing with him, he personally looked after my property and worked with me very diligently, which I'm grateful for. Super professional, Attention to detail, Money where his mouth is and delivered what he promised! 100% genuine and knows his stuff too well.
We are very happy that our house was recently sold by The Eleet. Raj was our main agent and he is a very hard working man. He did open house 3 times every week, always available 24/7 even Christmas and New Year and very quick to respond us. He respects owners and always on our side. We were selling with other agent for 90 days before with The Eleet. The other agent were totally different. They were convincing us to sell at cheaper prices. They kept saying house prices are falling and if we don’t take this offer (much less that our expected price) the price will keep dropping. They just wanted to take easier way and didn’t care about how we feel, in fact only cared about their commission. Raj achieved a very good price for our house. He brought even higher written offers but unfortunately due to their finance issues, buyers had to withdraw but Raj was always super positive and try to achieve more than we excepted. I would definitely recommend Raj, Sachin and The Eleet team. We will come back to you again in the future. Thank you!
Sold my property for a good price - some 10% more than other agents indicated.
