We are very happy that our house was recently sold by The Eleet. Raj was our main agent and he is a very hard working man. He did open house 3 times every week, always available 24/7 even Christmas and New Year and very quick to respond us. He respects owners and always on our side. We were selling with other agent for 90 days before with The Eleet. The other agent were totally different. They were convincing us to sell at cheaper prices. They kept saying house prices are falling and if we don’t take this offer (much less that our expected price) the price will keep dropping. They just wanted to take easier way and didn’t care about how we feel, in fact only cared about their commission. Raj achieved a very good price for our house. He brought even higher written offers but unfortunately due to their finance issues, buyers had to withdraw but Raj was always super positive and try to achieve more than we excepted.
