Sam has sold two properties for us, in both instances the properties were sold in good time at prices we were happy with. Sam's strategies seem to be locked in to the real world with a good understanding of both the market and buyer's demands. Sam also has the backing of the Independent group which increases his chances of marketing success. From the beginning Sam was very professional, knowledgable, open and honest. He produced past sales which demonstrated the positive results he had already achieved in the area (and surrounds). Although we spoke to a few other agents we were very pleased with our first impression of Sam and how passionate he was about selling houses. Once we signed with him, Sam was incredible - as the house was vacant and we had young children at home he took care of organising minor repairs, gardening, landscaping, the building report all of which he attended so at no time were we required to do anything with or at the house which was a MASSIVE help. He also maintained an open line of communication so we could contact him at any time and he advised us of everything as it was happening. We opted for an Auction and the house was on the market in the time frame he stated with the marketing campaign throughly discussed and agreed on prior to going to market. Throughout the entire 4 weeks of the auction process Sam provided us with continual communication and feedback as to what the buyers thought, interested parties, possible sale price and what to expect come auction day. He didn't inflate our expectation of price, but gave us a frank realistic opinion based on sales in the area and feedback received. Come auction day our house was sold within a matter a minutes for significantly more than we expected. We were VERY pleased with the results and although he was not the cheapest agent around he certainly ensured we got significantly more money in our pockets once the house sold. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam to sell your property and I have recommended him to everyone I know to keep in mind if they are ever thinking of selling!!

Sam Buchanan recently sold my apartment. I was very happy with his efforts. Every time a small wrinkle (that I thought was a big problem) came up he'd have it solved within a day or two. My apartment was tenanted and so required managing open homes with the tenant and property manager and also keeping the buyer happy with issues regarding the tenant.
