He introduced me to Sam as I told him I need my apartment sold quite quickly. Sam put all the time and efforts he had in pursuing potential buyers without fail (even brought me the contract of sale to sign at a restaurant where I was dining. It was way after hours. I was sooo impressed!) He even contact the buyer's lawyers himself. My solicitor even mentioned to me that Sam is a very good agent. He has always pushed for the best outcome for me. Sam kept me updated on the inspections, any potential buyers or interests. I hardly had to call him. He will just keep me in the loop at all times. I just hate real estate agents who are just seem so unreachable! Sam is the total opposite. If you are his clients, he really will look after your interests and get you the best price! He certainly have done that for me! To add, he is extremely polite and professional. In my oppinion, Sam is simply one if the best out there who actually cares about his clients. If I have another property to sell, I will definitely be contacting him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
