Sam was friendly, well presented and engaging from the beginning. We listed our property just before Christmas, so an open was put in place very quickly to gauge where the property sat in the local market. After a couple of opens in the New Year a purchaser put in an offer. Dealing with Sam during the viewing of the property was an enjoyable experience he made himself available for any questions but he let us view the property wothout following us around or making too many comments. I found during my experience of looking for a property that few real estates know how to get the balance right, they either talk too much or ignore you. During the negotiation and sale Sam showed very good communication skills, he was prompt in getting back to me with any queries and very clear in his communication. He followed things up well and made the process really easy and he made himself available so it was easy to ring or email him.
