Despite our property not being in Sam's usual territory he researched well and portrayed our home and the community in a very engaging light. Marketing was consistent and professional, Sam was always available and every day he kept us informed of any developments; even if there was no news he still called in to keep us feeling looked after. On a weekly basis he sought our thoughts as to the progress in terms of marketing, communication and his performance. Every open home saw several groups through our home to the point that we had three serious buyers talking about making an offer. Sam's engaging manner and negotiation style was responsible for us receiving a successful offer pretty much on the mark with what we were hoping for.
