I cannot recommend Sam Hunter enough. He has great market knowledge, keeps to his word, and actually wants to get you the highest price possible instead of a quick sale. He works hard and always did the best for us. He always returns calls and email promptly. Even after a contract has gone unconditional. Our buyers thought he was excellent, which kept them excited about their purchase and in turn, less chance of them pulling out of the sale. Sam never put us under pressure to sign, we had many offers but held out until we got a price we were happy with, and then he negotiated us $10k more.
