Sam was the perfect agent/auctioneer to sell our house. He was open and honest, fair and reasonable and very coherent with the whole process. For people who had never sold a property, he was just amazing to work with. He ensured we always knew what was going on and that we were prepared every step of the way. He was fantastic as an auctioneer and helped us to get the price we wanted. All our family and friends at the auction were extremely impressed with the way he contacted himself and we certainly recommend him for anyone looking to sell a house or get advice about selling.

This was difficult to review as Sam handled both the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new one. Sadly, where Sam was amazing when handling the sale of our home, he really was disappointingly unhelpful and unresponsive when it came to the purchase of our new home. Once the papers were signed he was very slow to respond to any queries and in fact after a few weeks blatantly ignored all our emails and sms messages and never assisted with anything further. Our advice would be that while makes a wonderful salesman and is truly someone who impressed us with the entire process of the sale of our former home, this is not an agent through whom you would want to buy a property. The attention and after sales care is just not there.
